Dear Members,
MCIA 2011 Committee thanks all the community members for participating in "MCIA-2011 GARBA NIGHT on OCTOBER 1st (10/1/2011)" and making the event a grand success. The event had a huge participation by the community members and was one of the largest audience turnout for MCIA events with over 650 community member participation. MCIA Committee would like to extend our special thanks to the Aarthi sponsors, Bipin and Nutan Shah, Keyur and Pinky Patel, Kaivant and Varsha Shah, Himanshu and Pinky Desai, Krishna and Bina Todi, Ajeet and Chetna Gordhan, Pratap and Swarna Bommavedi, Chetan and Jigna Desai, Rakesh and Sonal Patel and Narayan Renga.
I would like to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to event coordinators Bipin Shah, Mukesh Gandhi, Nayana Gandhi, Jigna Desai, Savita Patel, committee members and all other volunteers for providing another event of high quality to the community in 2011. MCIA-2011 Committee's next high profile, popular event "GARBA" night is on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1st at YWCA. We would like to thank "Namaste Plaza" for sponsoring the event. Event details are below :
EVENT : MCIA-2011 GARBA night; Dandiya Sticks will be available for purchase.

DATE : SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1st
TIME : 6:30 PM - 11:30 PM, Aarti will be performed at 10:00 PM.

MCIA-2011 Members : FREE; Visiting parents of MCIA-2011 Members are FREE. Non-members : $3.00/person – 12 years and above. 2011 MCIA Membership will be validated at the entry door.
Aarthi Sponsorship : $51:00. Request members to contact any of the below mentioned event coordinators to register for Aarthi sponsorship.
PRASAD Donation Items : We welcome donations of the following items for Prasad :

GARBA Dance practice session : We will be having a practice session for learning Garba dance at Nayana Gandhi's residence : 1308 Broad Creek Rd, BLM - 61704 on Sept 30th, 8 PM - 10 PM. Request members to take advantage of this opportunity to learn Garba dance steps.
Refreshments will be available at the venue.
Entry will be restricted once the fire code capacity of the Hall has been reached.
