Our MCIA - 2011 Events

Dear Members,

MCIA - 2011 committee would like to thank all the 2011-members for the membership and attending MCIA Picnic on June 25th to make it a grand success. The event was attended by approximately 300 plus members with family and was another memorable event of 2011. Large member participation like this is a great motivation and inspiration for the committee to provide quality events to members.

Masala Dosas freshly made at the venue along with other other food items were the highlight of the free lunch provided to the members.

The success of the Picnic is due to the dedicated committee members and would like to convey my sincere thanks and appreciation to Hospitality Team members Aruna Mundlapudi, Saraswathi Amaravadhi, Veena Vivek, Cutural Team members Uma Kallakuri, Padmashree Suresh, Leena Kohli, Jigna Desai, Kaberi Dutta, Gowri Karandikar, Krishnaja Bhamidipati and all the other committee members for their hard work and coming together to provide another remarkable event for the members by coordinating the lunch and games for members that kept the Kids and Adults participate actively in the fun filled event.

Below are the upcoming events of MCIA and looking forward for all of your participation at the events :

Dear Members,

It's Picnic time next Saturday, 2011 MEMBER EXCLISIVE MCIA PICNIC on JUNE 25th. Preparations are underway for another 2011 MEGA event in town. Thank you to all the members that have renewed 2011 membership to support the organization.

This is a FREE event for 2011 MCIA MEMBERS ONLY. Please renew your yearly membership(if you are yet to renew), by passing membership check to any of the committee member. We will be receiving membership renewal at the Picnic also.

DIRECTIONS to Venue from VETERANS PARKWAY :
• On Veterans Parkway NORTH, take LEFT on College Avenue going towards ISU
• Turn RIGHT on NORTH LINDEN Street
• Continue on NORTH LINDEN Street until the underpass of I-55 after Raab Road
• Ironwood Park is on RIGHT after the I-55 underpass

Driving Direction link to a store that is close by to the Ironwood Park

MASALA DOSAS will be the highlight of the Hot food being served at the venue from 12:30 - 1:30 PM. Games for Kids & Adults with prizes and much more will be part of the event.

Request all the 2011 members to attend the event with family that is being organized exclusively for members. Please consider Car pooling if possible to attend event.
